These terms and conditions apply to the JewelNet website located at www.JewelNet.com, and all associated websites linked to www.JewelNet.com by JewelNet, its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively "the Site"). Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. BY USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of, and any purchase from, the JewelNet Site, and constitute an agreement between you and JewelNet. JewelNet reserves the right to change or modify any of these Terms and Conditions or any policy or guideline of the Site at any time, and in its sole discretion. Any change or modification will be effective immediately upon posting of the revisions on the Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of any changes or modifications will constitute your acceptance of such changes. You should frequently review these Terms and Conditions and any other applicable policies to understand what applies to your use of the Site. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must stop using the Site.
Pre Order Details
Please note that preparation time before shipment is less than 20 days, and average total fulfillment time is under 1 week.
Custom & Bespoke Order Details
JewelNet offers bespoke designs created to each customer's vision. Custom Orders are shipped within 14 days of final confirmation of order.
Product Availability
On occasion, you may be able to place a product in your shopping cart and submit your order for processing, but your order is subsequently cancelled due to unavailability of product. You acknowledge that products may sell quickly, and there may be a short period of time after an order has been submitted where the product is no longer available. You agree that we may cancel your order after you have received an Order Confirmation without penalty.
On rare occasions, you may receive a Shipping Confirmation from us, but the product is no longer available in our inventory or that of our third-party fulfillment provider. You agree that we may rescind our acceptance and cancel your order without penalty if we are unable to ship the product you ordered due to unavailability.
If you are interested in a piece of jewelry that is currently on back order, contact us and we can let you know when the item will be back in stock. Sometimes, due to order volume, an item may go out of stock before we are able to post a notification on the Site. If this happens, we will contact you directly to discuss your options.
Pricing
Data, including prices, may be inaccurately displayed on our Site due to system or typographical errors. While we make every effort to avoid these errors, they may occur. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they occur, and we do not honor inaccurate or erroneous prices. If a product's listed price is lower than its actual price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping the product or cancel the order and notify you of the cancellation. If the order has already shipped, you agree to either return the product or pay the difference between the actual and charged prices. Our prices are subject to change without notice. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service team.
We do not negotiate prices on our products, and all listed prices are final.
Payment Information
After you have selected your jewelry and provided shipping information, you will be prompted for your payment details, such as credit card information and any promotional codes you may have. By entering your payment information and submitting your order, you authorize us and our third-party payment processors to charge the amount of the order to your selected payment method.
Diamond Certificates
When you order a loose diamond, we ship it to you with the accompanying diamond grading report, also referred to as a diamond certificate. Every JewelNet diamond of 1.00 carat and above is independently certified by GIA or IGI for color, clarity, and cut. These grading reports are detailed documents produced by diamond grading laboratories, making them expensive to replace. Because of this, we require each diamond grading report to be included with any returned diamond. If you do not include the diamond grading report with your return, a replacement fee may apply.
Comparison Purchasing
To help keep our prices low, we do not allow comparison purchasing. Comparison purchasing refers to buying several items with the intent of keeping the one you prefer and returning the rest. This practice creates unnecessary restocking and inventory costs. To confirm the quality of a jewelry item before you buy, please contact our customer service team, and we will be glad to help you make your choice.
Information On Our Site
At JewelNet, we make every effort to ensure our online catalog is as accurate and complete as possible. To give you the opportunity to view our products in detail, some products may appear larger or smaller than their actual size in photographs, and since every computer monitor is calibrated differently, color and size may vary slightly.
Our objective is to provide as much information and detail about your prospective purchase as possible, so you can appreciate the beauty and shape of each item. In compliance with industry standards and FTC regulations, JewelNet states that carat total weight in all purchases may vary slightly from the stated weight.
On the Site, we provide product measurements based on our manufacturing specifications. Slight tolerances may occur based on finishing during the manufacturing process. For diamond jewelry set with multiple diamonds, we provide the minimum total carat weight for the piece. Color and clarity grades are expressed as either a minimum or an average, depending on the number of diamonds. If stated as a minimum, all diamonds within the piece are at or above the stated quality. If expressed as an average, the collective quality is equal to or exceeds the grade stated.
Policy On Ethical Sourcing
JewelNet was founded in 1991 and helped pioneer the lab-grown diamond industry. We manufacture, produce, and distribute lab-grown diamonds that are free from the ethical concerns associated with mined diamonds. Our diamonds are grown, cut, polished, and manufactured here in the U.S.A., using recycled gold and platinum, without mining, without conflict, and without child labor.
